Meet the Founder:
Ceri Sunu

​​A lifelong creative, Ceri created Brabble following her observations of working within the orchestral sector. 

​

"One of the first things that struck me when I started working in the arts was how little attention was paid to the organisation as a workplace. The organisation I was working for at the time was artistically brilliantly, but massively behind in some of its business practices - particularly in regards to its people."

After completing a certification in Organisational Psychology, Ceri led an overhaul of the organisation's recruitment processes as well as implementing a number of new policies to support the organisation to become more inclusive and improve staff wellbeing. 

 

"For me, supporting organisations to become more equitable and inclusive isn't just an economic or social justice issue - I believe that the survival of this incredible sector literally depends on it. Without inclusion, organisations will either continually fail to achieve the diversity of thought needed to innovate, or they'll fail to properly leverage the diversity that is already available to them. That's why we never look at any of our solutions in isolation, but help organisations to make sure that they have strategies built around the future they want to see for themselves, and their audiences. "
